As our summer schedule is in full swing and Covid-19 is still upon us, we wanted to give everyone an update. We are continuing to function as “curb side” and only let employees and pets into the building. Due to this protocol, we’ve had to increase the length of our appointments to ensure sufficient time is spent with each patient and communicating with their owners. Unfortunately, because of this, we are booking several weeks in advance. We wanted to put this information out there because our valued clientele is important to us and we want to make sure they can schedule appointments when their pets are due. We send out emails, texts, and post card reminders. If your pet is due, please call as soon as possible to ensure we can get you an appointment in a timely manner. As always, if you are experiencing a problem with your pet please do not hesitate to call us.

We will continue to practice social distancing to help protect you and our staff. We are requesting that only employees enter the building at this time. We are open and here to help with medical needs.
If you have an appointment, please call from your vehicle when you arrive and we will instruct you how to proceed. Our technicians will be coming out to get your pet for the doctor to examine and communicate all information by phone. We will have you handle all charges over the phone and then return your pet to you.
If you are in need of a medication refill or prescription food, please call the office 24 hours in advance. We will fill your prescription and take payment over the phone. When you arrive, please call from your vehicle and we will bring it out to you. We will be limiting refill quantities to your normal amounts you’ve been given previously. Heartworm and flea/tick preventions can be filled in larger quantities if we are able to.
